The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is procuring replacement parts for the Power Turbines purchased for L/D 8, and 9 on the Allegheny River. It is the intent of the Corps of Engineers to procure these required replacement parts from the manufacturer of the turbines, the James F. Leffel Company, on a sole source basis. It is the intent of the Government to procure the following brand name parts: Part No. 40790-7, for gates of ductile iron with bronze bushings, 24 ea.; #40790-9 for gate bolt bushing of alloy steel, 24 each; #40790-10, for locking nu of cast iron, 24 each; #40790-11 for gate link of cast iron with bronze bushing 24 each; #40790-12 for gate link bolt with hex nut, 24 each; #40790-14 for gate ring bolt with half hex nut, 24 each (James F.
