Pressure Relief Valve per Drawing 6769058 Revision None for the CIWS Phalanx Program. The Government requires a quantity of (167) each Pressure Relief Valves and data in accordance with the Contract Data Requirement List, DD Form 1423 (test procedures and test inspection reports). The valve is approximately 3.43'' diameter by 9.00'' length made from various components into one assembly. Inlet pressure 380-420 PSIG at flow rate of 0.8 + or - .05 lb/min, 100% vertification required. Total leakage .02 lb/min manximum at 220-240 PSID and shall consist of valve seat leakage and guide housing leakage, 100% verification required. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the Receiving Officer, Code 1131, Bldg V, NAVSURFWARCEN ORDSTA, 5403 Southside Drive, Louisville, KY 40214-5000. Delivery is required as follows: (a) without First Article, (55) each within 150 days after date of contract award and (55) each every thirty days thereafter until complete. The last shipment will be for (57) each. (b) with First Article: (1) first article test sample within 90 days after date of contract award (54) each 240 days after date of contract award and (55) each every thirty days thereafter until complete. The last shipment will be for (57) each. This is a first time buy; therefore, no procurement history is available. There shall be a first article requirement for offerors not having previously furnished these items or similar items. All responsible business sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
