Sullivan, Contracting Officer, (805) 258-2593, FAX (805) 258-2904 NASA Dryden Flight Research Center has a requirement to procure spares Cincinnati Electronics Flight Termination System Receiver/Decoders (CR-110) with documentation. It is the Government intent to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2306(c)(1) with only one source, Cincinnati Electronics. This notice is not a request for proposal, but is a request for interested firms to submit in writing documentation demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement. Any proposed alternatives shall be fully 100% compatible with the Cincinnati Electronics. Firms have 15 days from date of publication of this notice to submit qualifications/capabilities information. Procurement will be conducted under the NASA Mid- Range Pilot Test Program approved by OFP on April 16, 1993.
