The Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a computer-controlled plotter/router table to be used for cutting vinyl and reflective sheeting. The plotter/router table shall be capable of cutting 3M series 3970 Diamond Grade Sheeting into letter form and graphics. The equipment must be compatible with the existing computer aided sign making (CAS) program. The existing (CAS) system consists of ANA DesignArt Version 2.1 software operating under Microsoft Windows on a Dell 486DX computer. This acquisition is unrestricted.
