Project Number and Title: UHHZ 950843, Architect-Engineer Services - Indefinite Quantity Contract - Open End #M-11; and UHHZ 950844, Architect-Engineer Services - Indefinite Quantity Contract - Open End #M-12. b. Location: Robins AFB, GA. c. Description: Work includes the production of designs, plans, drawings, estimates, and specifications for maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects. The Indefinte Delivery Contract will have a maximum of $250,000 in A-E fees, with a minimum of $5,000 guaranteed, against which individual delivery orders of up to $99,000 may be written. The contract period is for twelve months. The government may at its option renew the contract for an additional twelve months upon completion of the initial twelve month period. Typical work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (1) lighting and power distribution systems (2) heating and air conditioning systems (3) construction, alteration and repair of grounds, roads, buildings, and structures; (4) alteration and repair of miscellaneous services and utilities; and (5) removal of asbestos materials. d. Factors on eligibility for consideration: (1) Geographical Area: Southeastern U.S. (2) Firm Size: Firms considered small businesses and large businesses will be eligible for consideration under this announcement. (3) Other: (a) Firms with Integraph CADD capability and those with other CADD systems and inexpensive and accurate translators (such as Autocade with Black and Veatch translator) will receive special consideration. (b) The Government may at its option negotiate with the firm selected at a later date for services to inspect the project. e. Esimated Start Date: Oct 95. f. Estimated Award Cutoff Date: Oct 96. g. Evaluation factors in approximate order of importance are as follows: (1) Specialized Experience. (2) Professional Qualifications. (3) Professional Capacity. (4) Past Performance. (5) Lacation. (6) Volume of work for DOD. h. In order to be evaluated, the firms must submit the total dollars awarded to the A-E by the DOD during the past 12 months or past A-E fiscal year. i. Key Personnel to be listed in the SF 255 are those individuals who will be doing the actual design/site investigation work on these delivery orders.
