Notice of intent to place an order against GSA non-mandatory schedule contract #GS00K94AGS5002 with Data General of Irvine, CA, for software bug fixes to the Test Instrument Management System (TIMS) software. Bug fix support will include identifying problems in the software, troubleshooting the problem, repairing the problem and distributing the fix to all users. The estimate for this task is based upon support for the ATIS and AATIS. Any sources desiring consideration are required to provide the following information within 15 days of the date of publication of this synopsis: (1) GSA contract number, if applicable, (2) documentation/technical specifications, (3) Delivery schedule, and (4) Prices. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis of intent will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request of copy of the solicitation. If after analyzing responses to this notice, the Contracting Officer elects to place an order against the synopsized GSA schedule contract or a responding contractor's GSA shcedule contract, written notification of the award will be provided to all parties responding in writing to this notice.
