The National Library of Medicine is seeking qualified offerors to perform programming and related services to develop practice searches, mini-databases, and an ELHILL simulator for the DOS versions of the computer-based tutorials TOXLEARN, MEDTUTOR, and ELHILL LEARN which are written in QUEST. Additionally, this procurement will provide for development of additional tutorials for selected MEDLARS databases in both WINDOWS and DOS formats. A fixed price, indefinite delivery (indefinite quantity) type contract with a base term of one (1) year with options to extend the term for two (2), successive one (1) year periods is anticipated.
