Concerns having the ability for providing community residential corrections services for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contract specialist listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. The Counties of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks are considered to be within the Philadelphia area. Estimated number of mandays are 13,870 for the one-year base period, plus four one-year options. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a March 13, 1995, estimated closing date o/a May 12, 1995. Contract base period is 12 months with four one-year options to renew. An indefinite quantity contract is anticipated.
