This support is for VINES and ENS network operating software running on Banyan network servers and/or Banyan certified platforms regardless of the internal components of the servers whether manufactured by Banyan or third party vendors. Services include telephone support, remote dial-in support, on-site assistance, VINES Software Upgrades, full documentation and access to VINES technical information, automated tracking systems, and optional application support.
