K -- K -- PROCUREMENT OF F-14 AIRCRAFT WING PANEL FATIGUE TEST POC Contact, Alan Reyes, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Vought Aircraft Company, Dallas, Texas 75265-5907 for of a full scale F-14 Outer Wing Panel Fatigue (OWP) test. This test will include repair of existing fixture and test article currently located at Vought Aircraft Company, instrumentation verification, test execution, periodic maintenance, and engineering analysis to achieve 18,000 Equivalent Flight Hours in support and at the direction of Naval Air Systems Command.
