The trash bags to be furnished shall be polyethylene, 24'' by 11'' by 42'' (32 gallon size), 22'' by 14'' by 60'' (55 gallon size) packed not more than 200, nor less than 100 bags per box (in increments of 25). Approximate quantity required: 923 hundred 32-gallon bags; 43 hundred 55-gallon bags. Polyethylene shall be in accordance with the following Federal Specifications: a. Plastic, Sheet and Strip, Thin Gauge, Polyolefin - Specification No. L-P-378E dated September 25, 1992. b. Type I (Normal Impact Strength Polyethylene), Class 1 (For Non-Food Application) Grade B, Finish 1, 0.0040 thickness. c. Color required - suppliers standard practice. d. Form - flat cut sheets. The Government reserves the right to order any quantity of trash bags in multiples of 100, up to the total quantity of any sub-item. One contract will be awarded for a fixed-price supply requirements contract for aq base year plus two one-year options, if exercised. Solicitations will be issued on or about 28 February 1995.
