Replace existing chilled water and condenser water pumps. Remove and replace piping and pipe components. Remove and replace the cooling tower. Add a refrigerant monitor and emergency ventilation system for the central plant. Install a flat plate exchanger and related equipment. Install new control system for new equipment and tie this into the existing control system in Little Rock. Expand and modify the electrical system for the new equipment. Roof protection and demolition required as well as painting and finishes. Upgrade exit requirements, add walls and seal penetrations in the central plant. Remove and replace existing building items to create access for other contract work. All work to be phased and most or all work shall be performed after normal business hours and on weekends.
