Finn (703) 640-2976 SOLICITATION NOTICE. This project is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC), for this project is 1711, Plumbing, Heating (Except Electric), and Air Conditioning. The size standard is $7.0 Million. The work includes upgrade HVAC systems by providng a new 40-ton chiller and using existing heat exchanger to supply dual temperature water to new fan coil units located in the barracks for heating and cooling, by providing new ventilation air to the rooms, and incidental related work. The projected date of availability of the plans and specs for the solicitation is February 28, 1995. The projected bid opening date is March 30, 1995.
