Agency has a requirement for one (1) cargo X-ray system. This system is
intended for use in the Republic of Belarus by that country's Custom
Service. The system shall be self contained and have at a minimum the
following: power capability for domestic operation in Belarus of
220v/50 Hz, a sensitive X-ray gray scale, superior imaging of the
targets of interest, superior spatial resolution, sufficient x-ray flux
to penetrate dense areas while still being able to image light
materials, operating at all times at low dosage rates, avoiding any
need for radiological film badges for the operator. The system shall
include as a minimum: a tunnel opening at least 60 inches wide by 90
inches tall and shall pass an object of unlimited length, regardless of
orientation, image must be processed without corner cut off at 30 feet
per minute with high penetration, variable gamma, threat alert,
suspicious cargo alert, and zoom. The conveyor capacity must be at
least 3,000 lbs. All requests for this solicitation must be submitted
