SOURCES SOUGHT: Sources are sought for a Qty One (1) ea Analyzer Digital Spectrum. The equipment shall include a color display (1024x768 pixels minimum resolution) with at least 16 inch diagonal measure and support the following display modes 1) Spectral Display (amplitude vs.frequency), 2) Phase Display (phase vs frequency), 3) Spectrogram Display (time vs frequency with amplitude color coded), 4) Waterfall Display (amplitude vs frequency vs time with control of color), and 5) Phase Spectrogram (time vs frequency with phase changes color encoded). The equipment shall allow switching between linear and log video display modes. The equipment shall provide 1) a continuously tunable frequency range of DC to 10M Hz, 2) a frequency accuracy of + or - minus the center frequency reading times 10 to the minus 7, 3) a sampling rate of at least 25 million samples per second, 4) 25 to 800 display bins with frame update intervals ranging from 12.5 micro seconds to 200 micro second for a frequency span of 500k Hz to 10M Hz. The unit shall provide internal mass storage (disk and tape). X, Y, and Z outputs shall be provided to allow viewing of the real-time analog output on an external monitor.
