This synopsis is a notice of intent and shall not be considered a request for proposals. No solicitation document exists for this requirement, and any decision to issue a solicitation rests solely with the Contracting Officer. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended Contractor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Prospective Contractors must respond to this notice in writing within 30 days of this publication or the response will not be honored. Equal packages will be considered only if clear and concise documentation is furnished that the proposed package meets the requirements of the Government and that it is advantageous to the Government to consider such packages. If no affirmative substantive responses are received within 30 days after publication of this synopsis, a contract shall awarded to Micron Computers, Inc. Telephonic responses will not be accepted.
