70 -- PROCUREMENT OF STERLING SOFTWARE LICENSE UPGRADES SOL ATD-124-TA-95/0236 POC Contact Tom Antoniel, (205)544-5087 CSC intends to negotiate only with Sterling Software's Operations Management Division (OMD) for the upgrade of Sterling's Netmaster Suite MVS and VM licenses from a Group 40 to a Group 80 Mainframe currently installed at NASA's ADP Consolidated Center (NACC) located at Marshall Space Flight Center, AL. The products to be upgrades are: Netmaster Suite for MVS plus MAI and Netstat, and Netmaster Suite for VM. Interested persons have 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/ capabilities (i.e.,technical specifications, brochures, and price list with proposed discounts) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/capabilities/and pricing (with proposed discounts) will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
