Subscription to the Doane Pesticide Profile Database Printed and bound and the full (8) year DATABASE on 120 megabyte tape cartridge. The EPA intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to the Doane Marketing Research, Inc. for (2) sets of the 1994 Doane Pesticide Profile printed and bound and the full data series of the Profile Pesticide Database loaded on 120 mb tape cartridges, (1) year maintenance on all Profile software and hardware, (1) day on-site Profile training seminar and (1) year of Profile 800 telephone support. Subscription to provide EPA with pesticides market data and reports for 1994. Coverage anticipated over a (5) year period after contract award. Any concerns having the ability to furnish the required product is requested to demonstrate in writting its capabilities to the procurement office listed in this notice within (30) calendar days from the date of this synopsis. A point of contact and telephone number should be provided. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that respond should furnish detailed data concerning capabilities and may request to receive a copy of the solicitation if and when one becomes available.
