A -- A --ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES DUE 022895 POC VINCE ROSATI, (908)544-4651 This is a sources sought synopsis for Administrative and Technical Support Services for the Electronics & Power Sources Directorate and the Operations Directorate of the Army Research Laboratory located at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. The acquisition will be for an eighteen (18) month period of performance with one six (6) month option. Support responsibilities will include performance of research related to the preparation of mission related briefings, presentations, technical articles, brochures or project status reports, editing, illustration, development of design concepts for physical display of R&D projects, technical and administrative support for conferences and meetings, procurement support and assistance in the preparation of technical data packages. The successful offeror will require access to and generation of secret material, therefore the successful offeror must have a secret facility clearance. Due to the nature of the support, the successful offeror may have access to data which is proprietary to other contractors. The successful contractor will be required to enter into agreements with such firms to protect such data from resultant unauthorized disclosure or use. The contract will include an organizational conflict of interest provision. The size standard applicable to this acquisition in millions of dollars is 13.5. Interested concerns must submit three copies of the information specified in Note 25 on or before 28 Feb 1995.
