Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to obtain quantitative data on population attributes of Desert Tortoise's and on habitat conditions on three study plots in Southern Nevada deserts: Coyote Springs in Lincoln Co., Sheep Mountain, and Trout Canyon in Clark Co., Nevada. The delivery date is based on a contract award on or about April 15, 1995. The contract must be completed on or about July 31, 1995. Contractor shall spend a minimum of 60 person-days with a minimum of 40 calendar days seeking Tortoise's on each study plot. RFP will be available on or about February 22, 1995.
