Examples of tests include Laboratory Compaction Test, Soils (AASHTO T99); Asphalt Concrete Laboratory Compaction 50 Blow Marshall; Making and Curing Concrete Test Cylinders (ASTM C31); Concrete Air Content Test, ASTM C173 or C321; Aggregate Light Weight, Deleterious Substances ASTM C330; and others as shown in the solicitation document. Principal(s) of testing laboratory shall be registered Professional Engineer(s) with not less than five years experience in the types of testing required in the contract document. Each person in charge of laboratory testing, field testing, and inspection must have not less than one year full time experience in the duties performed under the contract document.
