SETA support shall include system planning; feasibility studies; system engineering; prototyping; system's integration; testing; system re-engineering; information systems development, design, installation and operations and maintenance; training development and presentation; Logistics support system implementation and maintenance; and environmental management and impact assessments undertaken by CCAD. The proposed SETA support will complement existing CCAD workforce. Monpersonal services will be requested by delivery orders generated as needed. Contractors should have a working knowledge of Department of Defense (DOD) regulations, processes and procedures. Deliverables will be specified on delivery orders.
