The work includes furnishing all labor, mangement, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to maintain, repair, replace, alter family housing units and associated utility systems, household eqipment, appliances, maintain grounds, land areas (playgrounds), and other related real property and facilities and other services as defined in general intention and in accordance with the requirements specified in the contract. Services shall be provided as specified in the contract, regardless of whether or not they are required as a result of tenant abuse, malicious mischief, tenant negligence and any existing or pre-existant damage or repairs. The basic term of contract will be for 12 months with Government options to extend up to an additional four years at the prices established in the contract subject to labor rate adjustments that may be required by the Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Price Adjustment (multi-year and options contracts) Total duration of the contract, including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside with a Standard Industrial Code of 8744. The related small business size standard is $13,500,000. Tentative issue date is 01 Feb 1995.
