N62477-95-B-3027 The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, facilities, supervision, and management necessary to provide the delivery, set-up in place, leasing (which shall include the general maintenance of the structure), and removal of a used relocatable building, (not older than 8 years) totaling 4,200 - 5,000 square feet, to support the F-18C/D, T-45, and the AV-8B for the Strike Test Squadron. This facility is located west of Hangar 201, and next to Building 2133 at the Naval Air Warfare Center(AD)/Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. The building shall be complete with lighting, HVAC, utilities (sewer, water, electric), power distribution panels, telephone hook-ups, fire alarm, and emergency lighting. The unit shall be in place and ready for occupancy within 45 days after award.
