SOLICITATION NOTICE: THERE IS A CHARGE OF $65.00 FOR EACH SET. PLEASE
BE ADVISED THAT THIS CHARGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. To obtain plans and

after 10:00 AM for a pre- recorded message that will be available the
day after scheduled bid opening. The work includes interior demolition
and renovation of existing building including removal of small amount
of vinyl asbestos floor tile. Renovations include new acoustical
ceilings, new VCT floors, new carpet, CMU and steel stud with gypsum
board partitions, millwork, paint all walls, new HVAC and Electrical,
additional plumbing and synthetic stucco fascia. New building addition
consisting of concrete slab on grade pre-engineered steel frame,
structural steel framing, bar joist, standing seam metal roof, rigid
insulation and built-up roofing, brick and split face CMU exterior with
CMU backup, aluminum storefront, aluminum, windows, glassblock, steel
studs with gypsum board partitions, VCT and carpet floors, ceramic
tile, quarry tile, millwork, plumbing, heating air conditioning,
sprinkler system, asphalt paving, concrete walks and landscaping. The
Contractor will be required to develop the schedule of values for the
project based upon the square footage divisions. These divisions will
include Child Development Center Addition and the Bid Options
(Classroom Additions). The projects that are funded by BRAC
authorization shall be maintained in separate accounting lines. Removal
of Asbestos siding and demolition of Building 3005. THIS SOLICITATION
IS ADVERTISED AS UNRESTRICTED. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000.00
and $5,000,000.00. Estimated duration of the contract is 634 calendar
