PRESOLICITATION NOTICE--The work includes the furnishing of all labor, approved material and equipment necessary for the REPAIR BY REPLACEMENT COOLING TOWER For BATTERY ASHBURN NORTH BUILDING 560 (R4-95) AT THE NAVAL COMMAND, CONTROL AND OCEAN SURVEILLANCE CENTER, RDTE DIVISION, SAN DIEGO, CA.
