Units are to be located on the top floor of the Lanham Federal Building in Fort Worth, TX. Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing existing chilled water and condenser water pumps and piping modifications as indicated. Add refrigerant monitoring and room ventilation to ASHRAE 15. Extend and upgrade existing CSI DDC control system. Expand and modify the electrical system to provide for service required. Add new walls, seal openings, paint and other architectural and structural items, general in nature. Existing exterior panels to be demolished and replaced with metal panels. Protect existing roof from damage, and repair as required. All work to be phased and most or all work shall be performed after normal business hours and on weekends.
