Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to; the removal of gutters, downspouts, exterior soffit, asphalt roof, existing steeple, chapel windows, V.C.T., siding, carpeting, interior doors and frames, lavatory, and electrical system. The provision of lavatory and faucets, electric water cooler, V.C.T. and A.C.T. water closets, ceramic tile, windows, asphalt roof, wall and base cabinets, electrical system, vinyl wall covering, landscaping, concrete sidewalk and curbs, and asphalt paving. The renovation of building 2503 will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings forming parts thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Performance period is 365 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. A solicitation will be issued on or about 8 March 1995. The proposed procurement listed herein is restricted to Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Standard Industrial Classification code for this procurement is 1542. Any concern responding to this solicitation is classified as a small business if the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years do not exceed $17.0 million dollars.
