Demolition and removal shall include: the wall between the new storage area and existing building to accommodate the installation of the new security vault door and day gate; steel grease ramp and pavement in area where separator is to be located as well as existing oil/water separator; piping; other underground items; and any other incidental related work. The SIC code is 1541 and the industry small business size standard ($17.0 Million) are applicable to this contract. Estimated cost range: $100,000 to $250,000. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for SDB concerns.
