The work includes but is not limitied to the installation of two underground double-wall fiberglass tanks, (one unleaded gasoline and one diesel), one underground oil water separator, double wall fiberglass piping, piping, dispensers, shelter canopy, bituminous paving, storm drainage and incidental related work. After these are complete and useable, the removal of four underground tanks at a different site, (one diesel, three unleaded gasoline), disposal of petroleum contaminated soil and water, piping, dispensers, and shelter enclosure and incidental related work. The total time for completion of this project is 270 calendar days. The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated date for availability of plans and specifications is February 1995. The estimated date for Bid Opening is March 1995. This procurement is advertised on an unrestricted basis.
