Do not request plans now. A solicitation notice will be published before invitations are issued. The work includes removal of five 10,000 gallon underground fuel storage tanks (gasoline) and their associated piping and anchoring system, and any contaminated soil in accordance with Florida DER 17.761. The contractor shall also install three new replacement 10,000 gallon, fire-resistant, concrete-vaulted, aboveground storage tanks, a new truck fill sump, and tank support pad in accordance with Florida DER 17.762. The contractor shall be a Florida Certified Tank Removal Contractor. Following tentative dates apply: Issue invitations 3/95, open bids 4/95, complete contract 10/95.
