The Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) High Component Solicitation was scheduled to be released on 14 February 1995. The release date has been changed to Friday 17 February 1995. Proposals were scheduled to be submitted on 21 March 1995, however, they are now due to be submitted on Friday 24 March 1995 between 0900 and 1400 PST. If you wish to pick up your Solicitation at our facility you may do so during the hours of 1500 to 1730 PST. The Technical Requirements Document is DoD Secret and in order to pick-up this document you must have a personnel and facility clearance on file with Ms. Carole Jarrett, as well as a courier letter. The Past Performance Volume should be submitted to our facility on Monday 06 March 1995, between 0900 and 1500 PST.
