The unit shall also be equipped with a wet grinding attachment for use while grinding concrete specimens. A dust collector is also required in the event the water coolant cannot be used. On-site training on use and maintenance of all components is required. Solicitation number DACW39-95-R-0027 will open on or about 30 March 1995. Plans and specifications are available at no charge.
