This acquisition action is for modifiction of Contract No. DAAB07-92-C-B008 to add training classes for the Vehicular Incommunications Systems (VIS). The additional training consists of three (3) Operator classes, one (1) Operator through Unit Level Maintenance class, one (1) Instructor and Key Personnel (IKP) class, and an option for four (4) additional Operator through Unit Level Classes. The acquisition will be processed non-competitively under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). Only One Responsible Source.
