Food and Consumer Service intends to issue a competitive procurement to conduct a needs assessment and to gather information about program and conception patterns for adolescent WIC program participants. The sample will include a nationally representative sample of WIC participants. The Food and Consumer Service intends to issue this competitive RFP in late February or early March.
