location. Firms interested in providing personnel to perform these
services should request: RFP 232098-95-A-0089, which is now available.
Examples of categories of personnel required include but may not be
limited to: Architects, Engineers of various disciplines, construction
project managers, CADD operators, draftsmen, etc. Proposals will be
accepted until February 27, 1995. The Postal Service guarantees no
specific number of work orders nor a specific amount offer. Address to
