T -- QUARTERLY MEDICARE NEWSLETTER Contract Sandra Emerson (213) 741-6201. This is a notice to request quotations for quality printing and mailing distribution services to support TOLIC's Medicare Part B federally mandated provider notification requirements and community training efforts. Objectives include, but are not limited to: printing, binding and/or shrink wrapping reference materials and mailing these materials within a publication deadline pre-established by Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA). Major requirements include, but are not limited to, the ability to perform the following functions: color printing, duplex printing, collation, stapling, or binding/fastening, or shrink wrapping, address labeling, bulk mailing. The newsletter is published at least quarterly. Cost estimates should be based on the following: printing 20 to 100 pages; distributing 45,000 to 46,000; and completing the task within an 8-10 day turn around. To qualify, vendors must demonstrate that they have successfully printed and mailed similar publications equal to or greater in size, and that those publications were distributed within a tight deadline period (8-10 days). Priority will be given to bids offering significant cost savings for a quality product. Interested firms must submit a quotation along with capability statement and supporting documentation in writing to be received within 30 days of the date of this publication.
