This may result in one, two or three separatecontracts. These requirements are not anticipated to be set-aside for smallbusiness. Special requirements for the doi are: Official air ticket sales estimated at $9 million, 1086 sq. Ft. Of space with A concession Fee required, adedicated leisure agent for an additional$500,000 per year, ticket delivery for 9 sites in DC and VA up to twice daily (or stps), one crs at doi, NO feeprepaids, operating M-F 7:15 AM to 6:00 PM, and management reports per MOU. Special requirements for EPA are: Official air ticket sales estimated at $5 million per year, invitational travel, and personal travel included. Ticket delivery 2-3 times daily in MD, DC and VA. Special requirements for dol are: Approximately $3.5 million in air ticket sales, 75O sq. Ft. Of on-site space provided by agency, one manned TMC at bureau of labor statistics with 170 sq. Ft.
