The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision to repair and replace various types of roofing systems. Roof work may include any work items listed in the schedule as well as incidental related work required for a complete roofing repair or replacement. All work under this contract will be ordered by issuance of individual delivery orders. The requirement is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 365 calendar days after receipt of contract award. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
