Z - The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation and supervision of all operations of the work which shall include replacement of existing chilled water pumps and controls with intergrated pumping stations, redistribution of water piping along with valve replacement cooling coils throughout the chilled water system, and tying the chilled water management system into the existing energy monitoring and control system. The estimated cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Period of performance is 336 calendar days. Work is to be performed by a mechanical contractor.
