Training for two (2 ea) administrators which would enable them to execute the following programming changes through their own computer system: a. Changing the ringing assignment on instruments; b. Changing numbers assignment on instruments; c. Adding or removing the capability for ''Do Not Disturb;'' d. Enabling or disabling executive over-ride; e. Adding or clearing toll restriction on specific stations; f. Assigning or clearing prime line assignments; g. Changing port assignments. Any software necessary to do remote programming must be included. Off-site training for administrators permitted. Equipment must include a minimum of one year warranty. Response to this notice will be used to determine if bonafide competition exists and whether a formal solicitation will be issued. If a formal solicitation is issued, no addtional synopsis will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this solicitation. If no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine if a comparable source more advantageous to the government is available, an order with Amstar Communications under GSA schedule GSO3K93DSD1005 will be placed.
