Video Products Group, Inc. is the only known source capable of providing the required terminal equipment which meets KSC specification 79K33043. The wide band fiber optic terminal equipment must be electrically and optically performance-compatible with fiber optic equipment located at KSC. Compatibility is essential since KSC has over 1100 existing WBFO circuits using identical equipment. Any additional WBFO terminal equipment procured must be compatible since it may be used as a spare or replacement. This procurement will be conducted under the NASA Midrange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 15, 1993. All responsible sources may submit a written response, including a description of technical qualifications to this notice which shall be considered by the agency.
