Award resulting from this notice will be a total of one (1). There will no splitting of requirements. The analysis and determination shall be performed in accordance with the guidance of the Federal Information Resources Management Regulation (FIRMR) as shown in Part 201-39.803-3 titled ''Procedures'' under part 201-39.803, ''GSA nonmandatory schedule contracts for FIP resources''. This synopsis should not be considered either an RFQ, RFP or IFB. Firms who can furnish the requirements stated above at prices, terms and conditions more favorable than those of the referenced GSA schedule contract are invited to submit responses. Responses shall indicate make model number(s), price(s), and must incldue catalog and descriptive literature containing sufficient technical information for evaluation. The Contracting Officer will make an award determination based on information received, or issue a solicitation. All responsible sources will be considered. If either a solicitation is issued, or an award made, an additional synopsis may not be published. If no affirmative, substantive responses are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this synoposis, a delivery order with Digital Equipment Corporation shall be placed against the above GSA scheudle contract.
