The cost summary shall be cross referenced to the cost proposal in a manner that roadmaps a reader to the supporting detailed cost information. The cost summary may be separate or a part of the cost proposal. This PRDA amendment does not extend the proposal due date or delivery point, it remains unchanged at 7 Mar 95 at 1500 Eastern Time as originally published in the Commerce Business Daily on 24 Jan 95.
