Work may or may not include preparation of repair contractor's work. Minimum quantity established by issuance of the first work order. Maximum Expenditure not to exceed $600,000. Term of the contract shall be for two years with three one-year options to renew. Hourly rates for A&E staff to be negotiated prior to award, and work orders will be issued as needed for specific tasks. Anticipated award date is August 1, 1995. Selection criteria include (1) experience of the firm in rehabilitation of low and moderate income multifamily housing projects (100 points); (2) knowledge of state and local housing codes and HUD housing quality standards (75 points); (3) professional qualifications of the firm's staff to be assigned to the contract (75 points); (4) ability of the firm to commit staff resources to complete each assignment within 15 days (50 points); (5) experience of the firm on HUD-financed and HUD-owned projects (25) points).
