Perform management and related services for single family properties which are owned by or are in the custody of HUD in the following geographic areas: (1) AREA 17 - contains the Illinois Counties of Bond, Crawford, Fayette, Marion, Wayne, Clark, Cumberland, Jasper, Richland, Clay, Edwards, Jefferson, Wabash, Clinton, Effingham, Lawrence and Washington, and (2) AREA 18 - contains the Illinois Counties of Alexander, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Williamson and Massac. HUD expects to award one contract for each geographic area listed. The services which require day to day services in the form of inspections, debris removal, lawn maintenance, winterization, etc. The terms of the contracts are for a base year period of 12 months with two single year option periods to be exercised by the Government. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 6531. The size standard is $1,500,000. The proposed contracts listed here are 100 percent small business set-asides.
