Dept. of Housing & Urban Development is seeking the services of a contractor(s) for the review of single family closing packages submitted by the mortgagee to determine if the mortgage is insurable and a Mortgage Insurance Certificate can be issued. All work must be performed in HUD's New York Office during HUD's business hours. Contractor must have the capacity to perform a minimum of 100 reviews per week. Maximum number of reviews is 12000 per year. Contract is for one year with two one year options to renew. HUD reserves the right to make multiple contract awards.
