Quartermaster Laundry/Dry Cleaning Services are to be provided at Fort Riley, Kansas. All processing shall be performed by the contractor at an off-post contractor owned, contractor operated (COCO) facility. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract for a base year and three option years. The base year will be from 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96. Services shall be provided to active and retired military members, authorized family members, military units, organizations including Medical Treatment Facilities, National Guard and Reserve Units and their members. The contractor shall perform administrative, transportation, receiving, issuing and marking functions on Fort Riley. The contractor may perform repairs, alterations and minor pressing on Fort Riley or at his facility; if this work is performed on-post the contractor shall furnish the necessary equipment. The Government will furnish building facilities only. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 7211. The small business size standard is $7.0 Mil When requesting the solicitation provide your size standard i.e., small business, small disadvantaged business.
