The project consists to replace workroom windows, remodel lobby areas, replace front sidewalk, insulate north & south exterior walls, clean & repaint interior walls & ceilings, carpet Manager's Office, provide new rooftop HVAC and ductwork, patch roof and add roof curbs and pavers.
