Major work items are: repairing deteriorated and spalled concrete surfaces, removing old and placing new epoxy lining in a concrete conduit, placing joint sealant, and applying penetrating concrete sealer to a bridge deck. Additional work includes: sealing stairwell cracks, painting miscellaneous steel items, providing a new safety cage for a steel rung ladder, straightening a steel access ladder, providing a security fence for an operating room balcony, and repairing broken handrails at a raking platform. Estimated cost of the work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Work shall be completed within 180 calendar days. Plans and specifications available on or about 032295 at a cost of $17.00 per set.
